Our firm can, via Pannone and Partners and Pannone LLP, trace its roots back to 1852. The name Pannone is synonymous with legal services, and we are immensely proud to carry the name forward, over 160 years later. We pride ourselves on our strong culture and our commitment to our clients.
Our firm was formed from an MBO of the commercial practice of top 50 law firm, Pannone LLP in 2014. We were able to hand pick our teams to fit our clients needs and requirements. Since 2014 we have continued to recruit talented lawyers and support staff based not only on technical excellence and consistent client service but also on cultural fit and emotional intelligence. We have created a collegiate and supportive working environment which is refreshingly free of egos and politics.

Our Management Team
The firm’s management team comprises Steven Grant (Chairman) and Nicola Marchant (Managing Partner). Steven previously held the Managing Partner and Senior Partner roles at Pannone LLP. Nicola trained with Pannone & Partners and has spent her career within the firm. In addition to her role as Managing Partner, Nicola is also a Legal 500 recognised expert in contested trust and probate litigation.
